Which is:
- 4AM US Pacific Time
- 12PM GMT
- 1PM Central European Time
- 8PM Australian Western Standard Time
- 11PM Australian Eastern (Daylight Savings) Time
- 1AM November 11, New Zealand Daylight Savings Time (Sorry, NZ!)
